Tailors your fitness routine to your goals but also mixes it up to keep it interesting and challenges you to push yourself the right way to keep you motivated. Aidi is a great personal trainer and I highly recommend him whatever your level.
Loved the TRX classes. It’s great that Aidi rotates different exercise combos every now and then to give us a very well balanced workout. Classes are fun and interesting. Very reasonable price considering the exclusivity and attention given to each student.
Does not stick with a fix exercise regime so 1. Does not get boring. 2. Different workouts for different parts of the body. Lessons are geared towards strengthening core And flexibility. Good array of exercises each targeting specific Muscles and relevant ligaments.
